Cary very kindly provided some advice over the phone after some damage caused to our floor by a significant leak. His advice potentially saved us a lot of money and was extremely helpful. He was able to explain clearly the risk of doing nothing vs options for what could be done. We are so grateful to him for his help and generosity with his time.

We have just used this company and have found them to be upright and very fair, in this world it's very hard to find a company that will give you good and sound advice, even if it's not what you want to hear, but here is one of those companies, we got full advise, without costing us a single penny, now that is very unlikely these days a lot of companies would make an appointment called around, made a report and sent you a bill in the hundreds but this company did not do that, they gave us there take on our problem in a email from our pictures and we can only thank them for that in a big way, we will not hesitate to use them again.
